The following content has been added, or updated, in this release.

  • The article “How do I turn Snapchat location services off?” has been added to all devices in the Agent2 search
  • Multiple troubleshooter scripts have been updated to remove LogMeIn Rescue steps. This service has been decommissioned within the call centre.
  • We have enabled the functionality to send the device unlock code to customers via SMS or email
    • The unlock code can be entered within the ‘Network Unlock Procedure’ scenario
