Server downtime for Glasgow users only on 1st July

*** GLASGOW USERS ONLY ***

The server hosting the UAD in Glasgow will be undergoing a fan replacement sometime between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 1st July.

During this time, please use the alternative link provided to Capita teams to access the backup instance of the UAD.

All user accounts have been synchronised from the Glasgow server today (Friday 20th) so you should be able to log in as usual.

The new Device Compare is live and you’ll find it in the left-hand menu.

It is pretty straightforward to use but we’re created a 50 second ‘how to’ video to show two ways you can compare devices.
