The Android 9 Pie update is now available for download on all Google Pixel mobile devices.

Digital Wellbeing

  • App dashboard: users will be able to track how much time is spent in apps, looking at notifications etc and then help create any restrictions to help keep users away from their devices
  • Do Not Disturb: both sounds and visual interruptions will be deactivated when your device is in Do Not Disturb mode. However, you can select which notifications come through to your home and lock screen so you don’t miss anything urgent

  • App time limits: users will be able to set timers for specific apps to control the amount of time spent on them

Predicted actions function
